An absolute stonker from Colombia, this super funky microlot has undergone a 200hr extended anaerobic fermentation. Only the ripest cherries are hand selected and barrel fermented with the oxygen removed for 200 hours, before being de-pupled and dried to 12% humidity.
As a result this is a red berry bomb, think of strawberry laces, & Haribo sour cherry sweets in a cup, add in some funk & boozy notes too.
We really love this coffee brewed via a V60 & Orea v3
